Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason according to the Law 206/2005 (Customer Code). This right can be exercised exclusively by customers ”consumers” (individuals who buy goods not for professional purposes connected to their commercial or entrepreneurial business).

Methods of withdrawal
The Customer should inform the withdrawal to STILMODA within 14 working days from the date of delivery via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. A letter communicating withdrawal may be sent via e-mail, but the registered letter must be however sent within the following 48 hours.

Any product to be returned must be sent in its original packaging and at the same conditions in which it was formely delivered. Returning the goods alone does not automatically give rise to an effective right of withdrawal from the contract.
The item must be returned intact (not worn, washed or altered), and packed away in its original packaging including all its accessory pieces: price tags, original accessory such as its authentic label and the security seal which must not prove to have been neither cut or damaged.

Shoes should be tried on a carpet and should be returned in their original packaging which is an integral part of the product. Shoes which are not returned inside their box or in a damaged shoe box may be rejected e returned back to the Customer. Items should be returned in a single package and using the same courier chosen for the original delivery. It is possible to return the garments only from the country in which the delivery was made. Return shipment is free of charge for Italy and countries in the European Union. 

Return procedure for Italy
The cost of the returned goods is at the expense of Stilmoda for returns from Italy.

The purchased goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of the delivery date. The acceptance of any returns beyond these terms will be at Stilmoda’s sole discretion.

To request a return it is necessary to send an e-mail to, indicating in  the e-mail the order number , the item codes, the reason for returning the goods and how one chooses to be refunded. The available options are: refund, change of size or a voucher. It is not possible to change piece.

The customer will receive an e-mail of confirmation from with a summary of the request sent and the return authorization together with a pre-filled sheet with the address of destination to attach on the parcel and the information of which courier should be used for the delivery of the returned good.  

 We recommend the Customer to use only the courier indicated by Stilmoda and to keep a copy of the delivery document.

The cost of the return is at the expense of the Customer and under his/her full responsibility until confirmation of receipt from the Stilmoda warehouse if other couriers are used.

Stilmoda is not responsible for any damage ot theft/loss to returned goods with not insured deliveries.The returned good will be accepted only if the procedure indicated in the above paragraph is carefully followed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Stilmoda will send an e-mail of confirmation of having received the returned goods and of activation of the refund process within three working days from the receipt itself. Stilmoda reserves the right to inspect the returned garments and if the returned goods do not satisfy the expected conditions, they will be sent back with costs and tax at the expense of the purchaser. In the e-mail of approval the option of how one chooses to be refunded will be indicated as specified below.
Reimbursement of the price of returned products takes place within 15 days from the date Stilmoda receives the returned goods.

Return procedure from abroad
For countries outside Italy the return is at the expense of the customer..

Stilmoda will handle the return. The Customer will receive within 3 working days a confirmation e-mail with an authorisation number and a label to be pasted on. At this point the parcel can be prepared pasting on it the label which has been sent by e-mail. The local courier will contact the Customer to agree upon a convenient date for collection within two working days.. 

The returned good must reach the warehouse within 14 working days from the authorisation date. Within 3 working days from the consignment of the returned goods, Stilmoda will send an acceptance confirmation e-mail

Stilmoda rewrves the right to inspect the returned goods and if the returned goods do not satisfy the expected conditions, they will be sent back with costs and tax at the expense of the purchaser.  to send them back at the expenses of the purchaser. In the e-mail of approval the option of how one chooses to be refunded  will be indicated as specified below.   

In the case of a italian return this will concern only the price of purchase of the good and not the delivery expenses or custom charges.
Stilmoda will endevour to execute the refund immediately, however within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the returned good: the actual date of accreditation may be visible and may vary indipendently of Stilmoda’s responsibility.
The credit entry will be transfered on the same credit card or bank account used by the Customer for the payment.

The refunds are transfered in the same currency of when purchased. Any loss due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Only changes in colour or sizes will be accepted for substitution provided they are available, not a change of piece. The delivery of the exchanged good is free of charge, the customs charges are at the expense of the Customer. The free of cost delivery is only granted for one sole free exchange for each authorized return.

Difective goods
The products received already damaged or manifesting defects of conformity are considered to be difective. Stilmoda reserves the right to refuse non-authorized difective goods. Stilmoda will arrange to substitute the difective good with an identical one, if available. The substituted product will be delivered via courier without any further charge. In the case of acceptance of an exchange of a difective good and the substitution is not possible, Stilmoda will provide a refund of the price of the good. In the event that the original delivery took place as a DDU with taxes and expenses paid out at destination, such amounts will be refunded if included in the return package the relevant documentation is sent to Stilmoda.

The returned shipment from Russia is at the expense of the customer who should however priorly send an e-mail of request for a refund authorization to Stilmoda. In the event of a request of an exchange in size or colour, the return shipment will be refunded via a voucher equal to the amount paid for the original shipment (€ 55,00).
In the event of a returned good with a request for a refund, the shipment costs will be at the expense of the customer.
